Sous Vide Porkchops From: Sous Vide Everything You're going to want to play with the temps for personal taste. Sous vide: 2/3″-1″ cut: 1-1.5hr's @ 137-140°f Ingredients: • Porkchops, however many you want to cook • Butter • Salt • Pepper • Garlic Powder Directions: - Preheat Sous Vide container to desired temp. - Season the Porkchops with salt, Pepper and a generous amount of garlic powder. - Place Porkchops in a bag - Submerge the bag in the water and come back in an hour or so. Method: Sous Vide Temp: 137-140°f Time: 1-1.5hr's
