Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 4 to 5 tbsp. olive oil
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. After you wash the asparagus thoroughly, stack a bunch together and lop off the tough/thick bottom an inch or so.
  3. Dry off the asparagus and add to a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and mix with your hand to thouroughly coat them.
  5. Add salt and pepper and continue to coat until you feel enough seasoning has been added.
  6. Roast the asparagus for about 10 minutes.

Notes

  • If your asparagus comes out mushy, you've cooked it too long, add a note and adjust for nexttime.
