Bacon and Roasted Tomato Ravioli

Bacon and Roasted Tomato Ravioli From Hans Ravioli w/bacon! This recipe will feed a family of 4 Preptime: Less than 10 minutes Cook Time: ~20 minutes Preheat oven to 400° before you begin. Ingredients: - 20oz cherry tomatoes - 2-3tbs olive oil - pasta sauce - sprinkle of salt - dash of pepper - dash Italian seasoning. - dash basil, dried or fresh - 6 slices bacon - family size package of ravioli. - Your favorite pasta sauce
Instructions:
- Boil water for ravioli.
- While the oven is preheating, cover a cookie tray with foil. - Mix tomatoes in a bowl with olive oil to coat. - Spread the tomatoes in one layer on the foil. Add the Italian seasoning.
- When the oven is ready stick the tomatoes in for 15-20 mins.
- When the water starts boiling add the Ravioli, dash the pot with salt. Boil for 3-5 minutes. Pull and drain.
- Cut the bacon in 3rds or 4ths, cook until almost crisp,  pull it and then chop it up into small pieces.
- Add bacon pieces to the cooked ravioli.  Add a touch of olive oil or butter to keep separation.
- When the tomatoes are cooked, pull them and add a dash of sea salt, pepper and basil, mix gently.
Serve:
- first put ravioli with bacon, top with pasta sauce, top the sauce with roasted tomatoes.
