Sous Vide Corn On The Cob

This turned out crisp and delicious.
Sous vide:
30 mins @ 182f
Ingredients:
• 4 - Ears of Corn (shucked)
• Butter - just enough to spread over all ears of corn
• Salt - sprinkled salt over all the buttered corn.
Directions:
- Spread butter on the corn
- Salt the corn
- Stick the corn in a bag
- Sous Vide away.
Method:
Sous Vide Temp: 182°f
Time: 30 minutes
