Rub Ingredients *using Meathead's Memphis Dust recipe:
This makes about 3 cups of rub, don't use it all!
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup Paprika (non-smoked)
- 1/4 cup Garlic powder
- 2 TBS ground Black pepper
- 2 TBS ground Ginger powder
- 2 TBS Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Rosemary Powder
Directions:
- It's a dry rub, Mix it all together and store it in a cool area.
